1. Teams will have 24 hours to make first round picks unless they own consecutive selections. In that case, the team will have 24 hours to make those consecutive picks, not 24 hours for each pick. Note: The other exception to the 24 hour pick is with the first pick in the draft. If the team drafting first makes their selection before the official start time, as we've usually allowed, the clock for the second pick doesn't officially start until the official start time, or however many picks we're up to by official start time.
2. The 24 hour for the next pick starts upon the pick's selection. So say for example Washington drafts Larry Bird at 12:01 am Friday June 17th, the Jazz then have until 12:01 am Saturday June 18th to make their pick. If the Jazz draft Big Player at 5:07 am Friday June 17th, the Pistons then have until 5:07 am Saturday June 18th to make their pick, and so on.
3. To post your pick, start a new thread titled Round #, Pick #. Do not give away the player's name in the thread title. You can then give the selection in the body of the thread. A brief article will be required in the selection post. Do not post anything about it in League or Team News.
4. If you're going to shop your pick, please do it before your pick comes up.
5. Make sure the guy you're drafting is eligible to be selected.
6. If you know you aren't going to be able to make it in time for your pick, please send in a list of players in order of preference. Make sure the list is long enough that there will be at least one name still on it when your pick comes up.
7. As we have done in the last few seasons, lists will be required for the second round.
