Sorry guys, in a rush and will update later but to keep the draft moving, Charlotte selects Terrell Brandon.

Player I would've loved to have in San Antonio. Hornets have a great core building.

I didn't scout any of these top picks but I thought another guy would be first PG picked. Quality player though and should be a good fit for the Hornets.

I knew he wouldn't last past this pick. He can become one of the elite point guards of the next decade.

Given the caretaker..I agree Manu! IMO, if you want flashy stats and gawdy numbers from the point.....there was other options. If you want a PG that can win GAH championships, this was the pick.

I remember Terrell Brandon but really puzzled at why he is rated so high. Other than his shooting he is elite or will be elite in all areas (including the all important mental ones), likely could become the greatest PG in GAH history. Very similar comp to Tim Hardaway only with less scoring and better defender rating.

We're definitely happy with Brandon. Projects to be a very good floor general with the Hornets having a couple of young post players in place, it's good to get a guard to complement them.
