Trading my 1996 1st rounder to Pistons for their 1997 1st rounder might be turned down specially that the team is on the bottom of the standings. But as we prepare to compete in 2 to 3 season we feel we need to do this trade.
Also we timed this trade at this moment because anything can still happen we can still win games and we will do it.
After seeing the list of rookies made me decided to offer this to iceman.
We would like to get rookies on the 1997 draft instead and with this we can get two rookies.
We will approach the season as one step backward and two steps forward.

Trade accepted
Eyeing someone from the draft although this draft is 6-7man deep only, hoping that this pick will make a jump too

Denied.
The TU considers that the Celtics pick is likely a top pick and, in addition, his GM has come and gone which gives the franchise little stability.
Please, do not take the comment "come and gone" the wrong way. We all have real life obligations and those are always more important than a sim league. It is just one of the things the TU took into account when evaluating the trade.
