The Knicks confirm this trade.
The season has not gone the way the Knicks management had hope and with Howard becoming a free agent at the end of the season the Knicks would not have enough money to throw at him to make him stay. With George it gives us a upgrade at shooting guard and Gortat still gives us a big man in the middle. And now with to 1st rounders in the up coming draft the Knicks feel they are in a good position
