The Knicks said goodby to Dwight Howard this past week they work out a deal with the Milwaukee Bucks getting Shooting Guard Paul George, Center Marcin Gortat and Milwaukee's 2013 1st round pick. Howard was in his final year of his contract and management knew they didn't not have enough money to keep him from leave at the end of the year. We want to thank Dwight and wish him well with his new team. Now lets meet the new Knicks players Shooting Guard Paul George Paul is only 23 years old with a lot of ability and energy he has a outstanding defensive game also has a good mid range shot and scores well on the move. He brings table 15 points, 2 assist, 4.2 rebounds and 2 steals per game. The Knicks are looking for big things from boy. Center Marcin Gortat Marcin is not Howard but the Knicks think he a close second. He's a great defensive player has a good touch from 15 feet and in He brings a 17.9 points and 9.2 rebounds per game The Knicks also have two 1st round picks in the coming draft and with the starting 5 sign though 2014 the Knicks have some options available to them With a new lineup the Knicks hope to finish the season strong

I did big things with Gortat in NSL with the Suns, so I've always had a favorable opinion of him. George is going to have to improve his shooting, though.

I like the deal for the Knicks. I think George can become a very good player long term.

I have your same opinion, Jestor. With a certain tactic, Gortat may be a good C (with David Lee or Andrea Bargnani like PFs) but George was shooting bad in Milwaukee roster, when the Bucks also have great power offense.
