With Chris Paul, your PO entry is guaranted and your experience in NSL (from 7th in EAST to Finals), I look good years in Toronto

With CP the postseason should be assured, and you have pretty nice young pieces that predict a bright future in Toronto.
But I could see CP leaving Raptorland for the right offer (maybe a young PG and a post-player?). Chris is a guy that can completely transform a team from high lotto to playoff team with ease.

Yeah, it could be but, why would I trade the best PG? What nobody says is that with only 40 millions committed for the moment, I will be able to make salary unbalanced trades, and there will be teams with high expectations that will struggle, and then start to re-think their franchise plan and their pieces will become cheaper... aren't Beal, Ross or Vucevic and their ridiculously low salaries appealing pieces to a team that wants to rebuild? With Paul, Batum and other string (because Beal's not ready right now) my team would be really competitive this season.
All options are open and I can afford not being in the top from the beginning because that won't be the normal case with so much youngs. My season will be funny for sure!

1st official game and 1st victory against a Divisional rival (TOR 99 @ 91 PHI). Chris Paul horrible shooting night (3/14) but impressive on the direction with 0 TOs in 34 min while his sub committed 4 in just 14 min - 9 as a team, which is an impressive mark IMO -
Thompson 19 points, Koufos 14 and Vucevic 12... it's going to be interesting to see if Paul is able to make my 'weak' frontcourt an offensive threat.
