Seattle selects Juwan Howard from Michigan.
Whilst the Supersonics were hoping a guard or two dropped into the 8th pick they have made a selection for who they feel is the best player available.
Juwan will likely be switched around the small forward and power forward positions. He bring instant offence and basketball iq but will need to develop his rebounding and defence to step up to the next level.

A guy doesn't play 19 years in the NBA and go right into coaching as well and not have skills. Hopefully GAH career find similarity.
Should fit in Seattle.

Nice pick! though im sad with the said pick as my option now is down to only two with either Theo or Greg. Juwan is the best big available at this point so a no brainer pick at this stage.

Careful on divulging 'wish lists' on non-drafted players.....there is GMs that did no scouting..and so getting some insight on who is high on other teams' list could see them take your advice and grab them, when they might've stuck around until your pick. ljw SAS

Should avoid naming undrafted players even after you've made your pick for the same reason. A non-scouting GM might get a hint and steal a player from someone who actually scouted.

Great intangibles. Should have a long career. As mentioned, rebouding currently is an issue.
