Congratulations to the Nets, we were also after Mashburn. Wondering if and what did the Clippers offer him to bring him back.

Man, Kemp for some reason that I cannot explain really wanted to go to Minnesota (it couldn't be the weather), but he made us sweat and we got him back. Our Free Agency is pretty much over for the most part now besides some min signings, but I'm hoping Portland can still make some noise after striking out.

Wow, the first FA win in a long time for New Jersey. Decided to go after Mashburn rather than just hit bottom, because I really like the pairing of him with Duncan. I'm excited that a FA was willing to give us a shot. Sorry to steal him from you, cb4, it's happened to us before and I know it screws things up.

Looks like he preferred the shorter contract he was looking for, hopes to raise his price by then.

So $20m avg per yr one year shorter. Figured I had to try for a top 5 player in the league.....but to no avail. So got ~20m to go after someone else.... ***Also....not sure if the 'Top Team' is working....as there is players I have not bid on showing that SAS is top team?? ************************************************ Spurs did pickup Fred Hoiberg......which is a decent grab to backup Drazen Petrovic I feel. Same type backcourt player....always able to knock a 3 down. At 11 players now....see what else we can grab ljw SAS

When Kemp was in NJ and we were losing, I couldn't get him to stay despite offering the max. But now that he's winning, he's happy as a clam and probably impossible to pry free.

Pacers were busy..and got three players.....although not maybe top tier....serviceable for sure
Dennis Rodman / Armen Gilliam Both for PF slot that is vacant except for a 2nd rounder in Baston. Scoring is not required...although Gilliam can hold his own on offense. But desired rebounding and defense 'on a budget' and they can give us that.
SG Michael Curry is defender....with only Sura on the roster now for SG.
Put Pacers at 12 slots.....winding down the FA already for them.
