Bulls Season Review
Noah and the Bulls had a tough 1st round playoff exit
Every time you end the season being swept, that final feeling remains in everyone's head trough the whole summer till the very first game next season. And that's what happened to us this year after being swept by Howard and the Bucks in the first round.
We felt we deserved something better, as we competed in all four games, and the punishment was much more than we deserved. But that's how sports work, and we can do nothing but learn from it and get even stronger.
We did that during the regular season. When DeAndre went down with his season ending knee injury. We were 32-21 when it happened, and moved from there to finish 51-31 (19-10) on a great second half of the season. Even Randolph, who was playing starting PF went down and we kept fighting, with players stepping up given the opportunity.
Noah (season averages of 17,8ppg, 12,1 rebounds and 1,9 blocks) became the heart and soul of this team, going back to his usual center position in Jordan's absence, and stepping up big time. Kyrie (finished the season averaging 20.5ppg, 7.7 asists and 4.4 rebounds) also improved a lot in that final run of the season, so we do believe this final run will certainly pay off coming next season.
With Jordan and Randolph healthy again, and with the certainty that we finally found the perfect style of play for this roster, the upcoming season looks promising for this Bulls squad.
We'll get trough the disappointment of this season playoff exit, but we'll never forget that feeling, because we don't want it back again in the future.
We can guarantee no team would like to match again against us next season. This Bulls team will be much better next year, and 51-31 wasn't bad at all..
Noah and the Bulls already willing to start next season with high energy and in revenge mode
