A few important things:
1. GM's without the game, you can either submit your bids via PM or post them in the corresponding DC thread. You can also download the following spreadsheet for free agents:
drive.google.com/open?id=1wFt760rGJC1ZhXG3e-_u1BS2CMo4HQy5
2. The following thread will be used by GM's without the game where they can post which info they need, if any. For example, the demands of a certain player. Any GM with the game who sees that and wants to help, can post the answer in that same thread. It is preferred that you use that thread instead of PM's, since that way anyone can answer.

3. A clarification regarding Free Agency and Hard Cap. You cannot go over the Hard Cap with guaranteed contracts at the end of Free Agency. You will have to complete any vacant roster spots with minimum contracts at that point.
4. For sign-and-trades see Section 4 of the CBA. The mother team has to sign the player, and then he can be traded under the conditions stated in the CBA.

Minnesota Timberwolves
Portland Trailblazers
Seattle Supersonics*
Washington Bullets**
6. Teams with LLE available (unless they use their cap space first):

Houston Rockets*
Milwaukee Bucks*
Minnesota Timberwolves
Portland Trailblazers

Seattle Supersonics*
Washington Bullets**
*These teams can use either their cap space or their exceptions
**Washington can use either its MLE or LLE, but not both
