Hawks allow only 42 second half points again...I think they shrink the cylinder for opponents at half! Sherman (as I noted critical) lays an egg in game one at the Forum....2pts 5 turnovers. ljw

Glad to see we start this series off on better footing with a 106-89 win. Only a close one in the opening minutes of play. Robinson had 26 but took him 20 shots and 24 free throw attempts to get it, we will take that every game. Only other Jazz player to get more than 3 baskets was Allan Houston. We had a nice balanced attack with 5 guys in double figures lead by BJ's 21. Below average FT game from us kept this even closer than it should have been.
Hopefully we can jump out to the 2-0 lead and take some pressure off of us. Do not want to have to battle back once again like last series.

Yikes, Tyler with the broken arm, that really decimates our depth. My whole season plan was dependent on Steve Smith coming back and now him and Tyler are out. Happy to make it this far, but it's going to be a struggle to contend with the Lakers at this point.
I'm going to need David to be the Lebron James of the GAH!
