Clippers Lose Jackson and Wallace in Back to Back Games
It was not a fun 5 game road trip for the San Diego Clippers. The team went 1-4, but more importantly lost several players to injuries. In the January 19th game against the Bucks, Jim Jackson broke his elbow and will miss over 2 months of action. In the following game against the Miami Heat, John Wallace broke his foot and will be out for over 7 weeks. Losing two wing players in back to back games is certainly not what the Clippers wanted in their final push for the season currently sitting int he 8th seed. Additionally, rookie Zydrunas Ilgauskas will also be out over a week with an injury.
It may be a blessing in disguise. The Clippers are not contenders this year and do own their first round pick. There's rumors the team may be shopping another player for a future 1st rounder as they look to re-tool. Stay tuned!

Yeah, there have been a ton of injuries in this league which is surprising. I wonder what the injury factor is set to here as it seems like players are dropping like flies.

Injury factor is 100 %, which is normal (it goes from 0 to 200 %).
