Poor Boston! Lost Sam Bowie and Cliff Robinson!!
Spurs and Jazz battling for 8th spot with 8 games left. Both four home/four away. Spurs have a tougher schedule on paper. Memphis and Houston only a few games back if both stumble.

6-game losing skid, these road losses are killing our chances of reaching the Playoff.

Lost by 15 at home to the Bullets than smashed the Suns. We look like making the playoffs but without Pressey, I doubt we cause much trouble there. We were just getting going with this team, with an 8-1 record in the period prior to the injury. That included wins over very good teams on their own courts and I thought we might charge into the playoffs as one of the hottest teams. Really need Cooper, McKey and/or Colter to stand up for us now.

2-0 as we edge closer to that 8th seed.
132-129 vs Knicks. What a shootout! Both teams shot very well, we almost let ourselves down with our poor free throw shooting but a win is a win. Payton had big scoring night out with 32 points, 3 assists, 2 steal and again George McCloud steps up with 30 points, 7 assists, 1 steal. The list of contributors continued Cummings with 23 points, 8 boards and Shackleford with 12 points, 17 boards. Great to beat the Knicks!
121-112 vs 76ers. Harper battled a sore back in both games and after a quite first game he leads the way for us in this 1 with 25 points, 10 assists. The team was firing nicely as 7 players scored double figures and Shackleford was again good with 14 points, 11 rebounds.
Just gotta keep winning!

W @ Washington, 113-110: HUGE road win against one of the best teams in the league!! He had a great first quarter and did just enough to hang on to win it. Reggie Miller and Glen Rice had their way with us but we shut down the rest of the team. Tarpley had 21 points, 11 rebounds, 1 assist, and 2 blocks while Marques Johnson had 17 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 blocks, and 2 steals.
