1-1 sim.
Loss at Chicago, 111-93. No way to stop Jordan. Only good news were that Barkley seems to be hinting at a comeback to being his usual self: 30 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 blocks.
Win at home vs Houston, 98-76. Divac led the team in scoring with 19 points. Barkley had 17 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists, while Bogues had 9 points, 10 assists, 3 steals and 1 rebound.
Not a good start at 3-6, and we now head for a three-game Western road trip. We have played only three games at home so far. Still a month away from Chambers debut in a Hawks jersey. That will hopefully improve our performance.

W @ Miami, 107-99: Another balanced offensive attack with 6 players scoring in double digits. We held Miami to 38% shooting while we shot 44%. Antoine Carr led us with 19 points, 12 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 blocks, and 2 steals. Jay Humphries had his best game this season with 18 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists.
W vs. Milwaukee, 111-92: We commit 27 turnovers but hold the Bucks to 33% shooting. Roy Tarpley has another monster game with 28 points, 23 rebounds, 7 blocks, 2 assists, and 2 steals. Brian Williams has a career high 23 points to go with 5 rebounds and 1 assist.
We play Boston next, which will be a true test of how good we are. So far, this team is better than I expected. Our offense has been consistent because we have so many weapons and our defense improves every game. Should be a good season.

Spurs 1-1 sim. Got closer versus Nuggets, but still lost by 4. Then got solid win versus Warriors, as we controlled the boards. Well on our way to planned 41-41 record......sitting at 4-4! Richmond appears to be gaining momentum as our primary scorer. We go over 100pts both games. Nimphius back this sim.....probably needed in the games versus Pyramids and Rockets. Going to try Mills-Norman in the forward 2nd string rotation together. Not doing well when the reserves are on the court. ljw SAS

We have dropped this game in seasons past but just got by the Spurs. Also beat Memphis.
Bar Seikaly, who is a project, our bigs are efficient so far. Smits at 60%, Rasmussen at 52.4% and Thompson at 63.2%.

1-1 sim with a solid win at home against Miami before lossing on the road against Tarpleys Cavs.
Terry Cummings is back this sim and we'll need some big games from him with Indi and Washington coming up.

97 points is our magic number so far. 4-0 when we score at least that much, 0-3 when we don't. Seems wrong that we've reached that number more than half the time with only Kersey (18.3) scoring more than 12ppg.
